As they are independent apartments, the entire property is at your disposal. You will not have to share common areas or spaces with anyone else.

The lofts have double height and 50 m2. They are located in the Barrio Centro in Madrid. It is a recently inaugurated space, warm and cosy, carefully designed and aimed to provide the best stay to the guest.

These loft style apartments are perfect for a couple, a family or a business trip. Its location will allow you to comfortably enjoy your stay in Madrid.

You will have at your disposal several amenities to make your stay more pleasant, such as free wifi, television, board games and a selection of books. In addition, you will have air conditioning, coffee maker, kettle, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have an iron, washing machine, towels, hand soap and bed sheets.

If you are travelling with a baby, we offer a cradle and a high chair for an additional cost of 20€; please request these items in advance.

Unfortunately, the structure of the loft does not make it easily accessible to people with reduced mobility; please ask in case of doubt.

We care as much about your comfort as we do about the well-being of our neighbours. As this is a residential property, it is very important to us that the basic rules of coexistence are respected: avoid unnecessary noise, littering of the street, etc. We simply ask you to treat the property as if it were your own.
